HIPAA Primer Documents

This primer has been prepared by the APA Practice Organization and the APA Insurance Trust.  It is intended primarily for psychologists in private practice.  The primer will also be useful to psychologists who work in other settings such as hospitals, integrated delivery systems, clinics, university health and counseling centers and schools as they participate in the HIPAA compliance processes and procedures that those organizations are required to create and implement.
