CD-ROM Educational Modules Navigation Fix
Symptoms: The Case Incident Links are not enabled when viewing a Case Study. Additionally, the Table of Contents links open content in a new window rather than the middle frame of the “APA Trust | Ethics and Risk Management” window.

Resolution: This issue has only been observed on Windows or Apple computers with version 9 or higher of Adobe (formerly Macromedia) Flash Player installed. Visit the following link to verify the version of Adobe Flash Player installed on your computer.

http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/

If the version is higher than version 8,0,24,0 (example: 9,0,16,0) then you will need to uninstall the current Flash Player and install version 8,0,24,0.
Step 1:
Before installing a different Flash Player we recommend uninstalling the currently installed Flash Player and restarting the system. For more information on removing and installing the Flash Player, see How to uninstall the Flash plug-in and ActiveX Control (TechNote 14157).
Step 2:
After uninstalling the newer version of Flash, download Flash Player version 8,0,24,0 using the link below appropriate for your computer. After the file has downloaded, execute the file from your computer to install Flash.
Windows 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP Mac OS PowerPC
Step 3:
Verify your Flash Player version by browsing to: http://www.macromedia.com/software/flash/about/ It should read 8,0,24,0. Once verified, re-run the CD-ROM and verify that the content loads in the one window.
